Toast with Basil Sauce, Artichokes, Cherry Tomatoes and Burrata
Ingredients :
Slices of farmhouse bread
Bornibus Basilica Sauce
Artichoke hearts, cut into pieces
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Burrata cheese, torn into pieces
Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Recipe:
Preheat Grill or Oven:
Preheat your grill or oven to 180°C (350°F).
Toasting Bread Slices:
Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and toast until crisp.
Preparing the Base:
Generously spread Bornibus Basil Sauce over each slice of toasted bread.
Add artichokes and cherry tomatoes:
Spread the artichoke pieces and cherry tomato halves evenly over the sauce.
Add the Burrata :
Place pieces of burrata on top of the vegetables, taking care to achieve an even distribution.
Seasoning:
Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil lightly over the toasts. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grilling or baking:
Toast under the grill or in the oven for a few minutes, just enough to warm the burrata and lightly brown the ingredients.
Finishing and Topping:
Remove from oven and garnish toast with fresh basil leaves.
Serving:
Serve these delicious toasts immediately as an aperitif or starter.
