Sausages and Trapper Bread


  • 8 saucisses
  • 1 pâte à pizza
  • 4 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
  • 1 pot Bornibus de Tartinade de Tomates Séchées
  • 1 pot Bornibus de Moutarde aux Herbes de Provence
  • 1 pot Bornibus de Tartinade d’Olives Vertes

Recette :

1 – Preparation of dried tomato marinade :
In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons Bornibus sun-dried tomato spread with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper according to your taste.

2 – Preparation of green olive marinade :
In a separate bowl, mix 2 tablespoons Bornibus green olive spread with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper according to your taste.

3 – Marinade de la pâte à pizza :
Étalez la pâte pizza sur une surface légèrement farinée. Brush half the dough with the sun-dried tomato marinade and the other half with the green olive marinade. Leave to rest for 30 minutes so that flavors are impregnated.

4 – Préparation des saucisses et du pain trappeur :
Coupez la pâte marinée en bandes de la largeur de votre choix. Wrap each strip of dough around the sausages in a spiral. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.

5 – Cooking the sausages and trapper bread :
Preheat the BBQ over medium heat. Grill the sausages wrapped in the marinated pizza dough for about 10-12 minutes, turning regularly to ensure the dough is golden brown and the sausages are cooked through.

6 – Serving :
Serve the hot sausages with Bornibus Provence herb mustard. You can also offer the remaining spreads on the side, so that everyone can add more to suit their taste.

These sausages wrapped in pizza dough marinated with two types of spread, served with Bornibus Herbes de Provence mustard, are perfect for a convivial, tasty meal.
