The Bornibus Team Burger

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients :

– 2 sesame buns
– sliced Bornibus roasted red peppers
– 2 Bornibus sweet and sour gherkins
– 2 chopped steaks
– 2 slices pastrami
– 2 slices Comté cheese
– a few leaves of rocket
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Bornibus grainy mustard
– Bornibus mayonnaise
– pepper, salt


  • Cut the buns in half.
  •  Brown both halves of the bread in olive oil in a frying pan.
  • Add the mustard to one side of the buns and the mayonnaise to the other.
  • Arrange slices of grilled red pepper on the bread.
    Thinly slice the gherkins and place them on top of the peppers.
  • Cook the steaks in a hot pan.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the steaks on top of the gherkins.
  • Place the pastrami slices on top.
  • Finish your burger with a bed of rocket.
